Position: Accountant

Location: Dubai, UAE


Joga Ram Group of Companies is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have solid UAE experience, strong knowledge of group accounting structures, and the ability to independently manage financial operations across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain day-to-day accounting records for multiple group entities (5–7 companies).
  2. Handle full-cycle accounting including journal entries, invoicing, payments, and receipts.
  3. Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable efficiently.
  4. Perform bank reconciliations and supplier/customer reconciliations regularly.
  5. Handle intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations across group entities.
  6. Prepare and analyze MIS reports for management on a monthly basis.
  7. Assist in VAT filing, compliance, and documentation as per UAE regulations.
  8. Support internal and external audit processes, including documentation and audit schedules.
  9. Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
  10. Monitor expenses, budget allocations, and cost controls.
  11. Ensure compliance with UAE corporate and financial regulations.
  12. Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and internal departments when required.

Mandatory Requirements (Must Have):

  1. Minimum Qualification: M.Com (Master of Commerce) – Mandatory
  2. Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in Dubai (UAE experience required)
  3. Must have experience working in a Group of Companies structure (minimum 5–7 entities)
  4. Proven experience in Intercompany Accounting
  5. Experience in preparing and presenting MIS reports
  6. Experience handling audits (internal & external)
  7. Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and compliance regulations
  8. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills

Salary range per month: AED 5,000 - AED 7,000
