HR Recruiter

About the Role:
Joga Ram Group of Companies is looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our HR team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positions, ensuring the right talent is sourced, screened, and onboarded efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles, from job posting to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and shortlisting of candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand role requirements and job descriptions.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases in the HR system.
- Assist in employer branding activities and talent acquisition campaigns.
- Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts.
- Ensure smooth onboarding process including orientation and documentation.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire.
- Stay updated with UAE labor laws and recruitment regulations.
- Provide guidance to managers and team members on recruitment best practices.
- Support HR projects related to workforce planning, retention, and engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruitment covering blue-collar and white-collar positions.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple openings simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HRMS/ATS systems is a plus.
Salary range per month: AED 3,500 - AED 4,500
