About the Role:

Joga Ram Group of Companies is looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our HR team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positions, ensuring the right talent is sourced, screened, and onboarded efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles, from job posting to onboarding.
  2. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  3. Conduct initial screening, interviews, and shortlisting of candidates.
  4. Coordinate with department heads to understand role requirements and job descriptions.
  5. Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases in the HR system.
  6. Assist in employer branding activities and talent acquisition campaigns.
  7. Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts.
  8. Ensure smooth onboarding process including orientation and documentation.
  9. Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire.
  10. Stay updated with UAE labor laws and recruitment regulations.
  11. Provide guidance to managers and team members on recruitment best practices.
  12. Support HR projects related to workforce planning, retention, and engagement initiatives.


Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruitment covering blue-collar and white-collar positions.
  2. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment practices.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple openings simultaneously.
  5. Proficiency in HRMS/ATS systems is a plus.




Salary range per month: AED 3,500 - AED 4,500
