Job Description:

We are seeking a Project Engineer with a strong background in furniture manufacturing or joinery fit-out. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling project execution from start to finish — including coordination with production, site teams, clients, and suppliers — to ensure timely and quality delivery of each project.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and supervise furniture manufacturing and fit-out projects from initiation to handover.
2. Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
3. Liaise with design, production, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and project timelines.
4. Manage and monitor site activities, progress, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
5. Communicate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors regarding technical and execution-related matters.
6. Track materials, coordinate deliveries, and manage production timelines based on project schedules.
7. Prepare and submit progress reports, site updates, and documentation to management.
8. Identify project risks, suggest improvements, and ensure corrective measures are taken when needed.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3–4 years of UAE experience as a Project Engineer in furniture manufacturing, joinery, or interior fit-out industry.
2. Strong understanding of furniture production processes, materials, and finishes.
3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documents.
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (basic level).
6. UAE Driving License is preferred.
