Upholstery Sales Executive

Reporting To: Sales Manager – JR Industries

Job Summary

JR Industries is seeking a motivated and experienced Upholstery Sales Executive with a strong background in joinery and interior fit-out projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will focus on generating sales, building client relationships, and providing technical guidance on upholstery and joinery solutions. This role requires in-depth product knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers in the UAE.
  2. Identify sales opportunities and actively promote upholstery and joinery solutions.
  3. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product specifications to clients.
  4. Collaborate with the design, production, and project teams to ensure accurate order execution.
  5. Follow up on inquiries, track orders, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  6. Attend client meetings, site visits, and exhibitions as required.
  7. Maintain accurate records of sales, clients, and market feedback.
  8. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry standards.
  9. Support the sales manager in achieving revenue targets and business growth.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in sales, specifically in upholstery, joinery, or interior fit-out solutions.
  2. Strong technical knowledge of upholstery products, materials, and joinery processes.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to read technical drawings and understand project specifications.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
  7. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Salary range per month: AED 3,000 - AED 4,000
